I want to apply for a Sudanese tourist visa in Istanbul - I am a German visiting Turkey - as I booked a flight to Khartoum for August 16. I will stay with a friend who lives and works in Khartoum ( non-Sudanese). Will a letter of invitation suffice or do I need someone in Sudan to apply for me?
