Am I able to get my kimlik document updated at Brisbane consulate as well as vekâlet documents. Or do I have to go to the Sydney Turkish Consulate?

My name is Iryna Lichna, a citizen of Ukraine. I am writing to kindly request your assistance in obtaining a criminal record certificate for myself and to inquire about the possibility of scheduling an appointment.
I lived in Turkey with my two children, Samir Anwer Faruqui (Date of Birth: May 2, 2014) and Saleem Anwer Faruqui (Date of Birth: November 26, 2016), from April 1, 2022, to January 4, 2024. Our Kimlik documents are attached to this email for your reference.
Currently, we are residing in Bedford, Nova Scotia, Canada. I am in the process of applying for a resident permit in Canada, and I need to submit a criminal record certificate covering the period of our stay in Turkey.
I will be in Montreal on June 2nd, and I would greatly appreciate it if I could schedule a morning appointment at the consulate on that day.
Additionally, I would be grateful if you could confirm the following:
What is the validity period of the criminal record certificate?
Is it necessary to obtain criminal record certificates for my children?

We will be boarding the "10 NIGHT GREEK ISLES & TURKEY CRUISE," which will make stops in EPHESUS (Kusadasi) on July 2 from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and in Istanbul on July 3, arriving at 1:00 pm until the cruise departs on July 4 at 11:59 am.
