Transit Visa Inquiry for Syrian Citizen with Irish Residency

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Syrian citizen holding a valid Irish Residency Permit (IRP). I plan to travel from Dublin to Beirut with Pegasus Airlines, which includes a 3.5-hour layover at Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) in Istanbul.

Do I need a transit visa for this layover, even if I remain in the international transit area?

I live in sweden and i have (work permit card with Identity card),Iam wondering if i want to travel from Sweden to Iraq by car do i need to have visa ? or i can use my work permit card instead?
